Pets make a house a home, they also make cleaning a little more involved.
Pet hair doesn't just sit on the couch where you can see it. It collects along baseboards, in corners, under furniture, and in fabric fibers that trap it deep. Our cleaners are trained to check these spots specifically, not just the obvious surfaces, since that's where hair tends to build up over time even when a home looks clean at a glance.
Odor control isn't about spraying something and moving on. We focus on the actual sources, litter areas, pet bedding zones, and surfaces pets frequently touch or lay on. Getting to the source matters more than masking the smell temporarily.
If you have more than one pet, or a mix of cats and dogs, let us know at booking. More pets usually means more hair and more areas to focus on, and we want to plan accordingly rather than being surprised on arrival.
If your pet has allergies, sensitivities, or you simply prefer certain products not be used in your home, tell us in advance. We'll make a note on your account so every cleaner who visits your home going forward knows, not just the first one.
Some pets do best in a separate room during the visit, especially if they're anxious around new people or loud vacuums. Others are totally fine roaming around. Either way works, just let us know your pet's personality so we can plan the visit around them.
