• Request an estimate or book a cleaning (name, email, phone, address)
• Make a payment or save a card on file via Stripe (payment is processed by Stripe, we do not store card details)
• Apply to clean with us or use the cleaner portal (name, contact info, location, certificate of insurance, onboarding details)
• Contact us directly by phone, text, or email

During a cleaning, our cleaners take before-and-after photos of the work performed and may capture GPS location at clock-in to confirm arrival at the job site. We may also collect basic technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate estimates, schedule cleanings, and dispatch cleaners
• To process payments and send receipts
• To send appointment confirmations, arrival notices, and job-related updates by email or text
• To communicate with you about your booking or account
• To improve our service and process
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

To deliver our services, we work with the following trusted third parties:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Twilio — Text message notifications for bookings and job updates.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.
• RentCast — Property data lookup, used to estimate your home's square footage from your address.
• Railway — Hosting infrastructure for our platform and database.
• Cloudflare R2 — Storage for before-and-after job photos and cleaner onboarding documents.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers hosted on Railway with PostgreSQL databases. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to your data within our platform is restricted by role-based permissions.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain your service history. If you'd like your data removed, you may request an export or deletion, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal, tax, or insurance purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal and contractual obligations)
• Opt out of any marketing communications
