Base prices start at $150 for a studio and $175 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home, and scale up from there based on your home's layout. A standard cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, wiped down, vacuumed, mopped, and detailed against the same checklist every time. It's the right choice for regular upkeep between deeper cleans.
Deep Cleaning includes everything in a Standard Clean, plus baseboards, ceiling fans, interior windows, and light fixtures, the areas that build up over time. Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is our most thorough service, built for closing out a lease or handing over the keys to your next chapter.
You can personalize your clean with bed linen changes, inside refrigerator, inside oven, interior windows, blinds, laundry, and wall cleaning. Each add-on is priced separately, so you only pay for what you need.
Yes. Weekly service gets 15% off, every other week gets 10% off, and monthly service gets 5% off, starting with your second visit. Commit to 6 months or longer and you'll get an additional 5% off on top of your frequency discount. Recurring service requires a 3-month minimum commitment.
A deposit holds your first appointment and is charged when you book. It's non-refundable if you cancel before your first cleaning takes place. The remaining balance is charged after the job is done, and every recurring visit after your first is charged in full at completion.
