Estimates generated through our website are based on the home details provided in your booking request, including bedroom and bathroom count. Your final price is confirmed once your booking details are verified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition or configuration of the home differs materially from what was provided.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A deposit may be charged to hold your appointment, with the remaining balance charged after the cleaning is completed. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles that on our behalf.
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If your booking requires a deposit, that deposit is non-refundable if you cancel before your first cleaning takes place. Beyond that, specific cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided at the time of booking and communicated directly, and may be updated from time to time.
Every cleaning follows a standardized checklist, and every job ends with a walkthrough to confirm the work meets our standard before the cleaner leaves. We do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond what's described there, and individual results may vary based on the home, the service selected, and other factors.
Cleaners who provide services through our platform are independent contractors, not employees of Sparkle & Detail Cleaning Co. LLC. Each cleaner is required to pass a background check and carry their own liability insurance before accepting jobs through our platform. Sparkle & Detail Cleaning Co. LLC carries its own general liability insurance.
As a general best practice for any home service visit, we recommend keeping small valuables and important documents put away, the same precaution most people take for any contractor or service provider entering their home. Because we have no way to verify what items were present in a home before a cleaning, we are unable to be responsible for claims of missing items where there is no documented record of their presence beforehand. Any damage caused during service should be reported immediately so it can be addressed.
